My family and I were so excited when Billy Bob's reopened. We enjoyed meeting the new owner/manager and eagerly awaited our next chance to eat there, until...\r Last night I ordered the taco salad and asked for no tomatoes. I uderstood that the meat/chili that they use in the salad had some tomatoes in it and I was willing to pick those out or eat around them. When my food finally came out - that is a whole other story... I found that the cooks added EXTRA tomatoes! When I brought this to the waitress' attention she simply apologized but never offered to make it right. When asked about it, I was still charged full price for the meal and was told that that it was my fault.\r Our waitress did a ton of apologizing but very little service. She brought out my husband's meal and said she would be right back with mine. We waited for 4 minutes and she never came - the entire time she stood at the ice cream freezer socializing with the night manager and dishingup someone's sundae. I had to get up and ask for ketchup, silverware, oh yeah --- and my FOOD!!! \r We won't ever go back there! WS is full of restaurants that put their customer's first and unfortunately Billy Bob's has lost our business but gained a bunch of bad publicity!\r more
