My husband and I heard some good things about Hugo's. So we thought we would give it a try...Delivery is HORRIBLE!!! takes more than an hour on the slowest night. Subs are big but are Philly steak subs had nothing but mushrooms....we counted three, YES three pieces of steak. Both Subs were this way. after calling to inform them about this, they said the manager was to busy to talk so i said i will call back later, 30 mins later they got another call from me... again manager to busy....it wasn't till the next day, until i spoke with him. He said that's not how they are made and sent new ones. Subs turned out the same way....never again. We have also have had the pizza nothing to great
