1st off, OFFICE MAX IS VERY EXPENSIVE ON ALOT OF THEIR PRODUCTS COMPARED TO OFFICE DEPOT. I went there for ink (which is the same price as office depot) I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I am doing a complaint with the BBB so i am not going to get 100% in detail on here and write a book. the workers in that store are VERY lazy. they must make 5.00 an hour because they dont care about customers or service. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TROY and a (claim to be manager), Jessica. The store is ugly compared to the Crosshill blvd location and the workers attitude is just as ugly. I walked the whole store looking for white out. No 1 cared to help me. For every question i had i had to search for someone and they didnt know anything and was too lazy to look and see if they had 2 items. They couldnt even give me a phone number to another location and i ended up having to call the rewards number to get the store telephone number i needed. I had to leave that store immediately or i would haVE SNAPPED! horrible service. i could have walked out with a basket full of merchandise and NO ONE WOULD HAVE NOTICED. lazy lazy minimum wage workiers
