I was pleased when I first got the tires, beyond that? Not at all. I just went in today, because I got a flat tire. I got these tires 3 years ago, and they each (I got four) have a ""lifetime warranty"". They never told me that the warranty involved the fact that it can only be replaced for free before 13,000 miles, and after that you get a ""pro-rate"" of what the tire is priced at now. Then, my tires cost $89, now they're $130, so they're giving me a price of $75, when they should be free!!!!! I was NEVER told about this 13,000 miles, or this pro-rate. Now, I'm a college student riding around on an unsafe tire, hoping it doesn't pop on Erie Blvd. Thank you Tire Warehouse for caring about our safety. If you don't want to be jerked around, I suggest you go somewhere else.
