Rosalia Chiu, Realty Austin, did an outstanding job in helping us find a wonderful lot on Lake Travis. She listened very attentively to our desires and did a great job showing us what was available. We were out of town buyers, therefore it was very important to us that our search was very efficient and Rosalia made sure we did not waste our limited time. She also took the initiate to set up appointments for several builders to evaluate lot building suitability which was critical to our decision.
