As I understand it, Catahoula's is under new ownership and the chef is no longer Jude Tauzin but Rachel Leckelt. I've eaten there three times since she took over and have enjoyed my experiences there immensely. If you haven't been to Catahoula's in a while, you really need to try it again. It may look the same, but the service and food quality have improved dramatically!
