In Dec 2011 I purchased floor tile and backsplash tile from Flooring Depot and hired them to install just the flooring. A 50% deposit was paid at that time. Flooring Depot charged the remaining fee on my credit card before finishing the job and without my authorization. The job was never completed and the backsplash tile we ordered and paid for was never delivered. When I went to the store, the owner informed me that he had no intention of delivering that tile and that if I wanted to get it, I would have to sue him.
