Horrendous dispatch service! Never use these people. I have travelled a lot and I have never come across such rude and arrogant people in a taxi service. I was cut off twice, basically dismissed as i am a UK tourist, even though I was staying at a US residence. So if you are a tourist, you have no hope! The 3rd time I called it became clear they had never taken any part of my booking and even then didnt bother to dispatch a taxi despite saying again that they would. Companies like this deserve to go out of business in a recession. I refuse to believe that any positive review on this page has not been written by a member of their family at gun point!
