The only thing that's on their minds is trying to beat you out of your money. they can't even read a GPS, because they're always lost. My worst taxi ride ever but never again..... Rude, horrendous and arrogant. Avoid 3/22/2012

Horrendous dispatch service! Never use these people. I have travelled a lot and I have never come across such rude and arrogant people in a taxi service. I was cut off twice, basically dismissed as i am a UK tourist, even though I was staying at a US residence. So if you are a tourist, you have no hope! The 3rd time I called it became clear they had never taken any part of my booking and even then didnt bother to dispatch a taxi despite saying again that they would. Companies like this deserve to go out of business in a recession. I refuse to believe that any positive review on this page has not been written by a member of their family at gun point! more

Unprofessional, disrespectful and unsafe drivers and management. I have had nothing but bad experiences with BH cab co. Unfortunatly living in BH its hard to get other cabs so from time to time I have to ride with this company. The dispatchers always give you an short time frame of when the cab will arrive and its never accurate. THE DRIVERS ALWAYS TRAVEL AT UNSAFE SPEEDS AND DISREGARD EVERYBODY'S SAFETY ON THE ROAD. I have had drivers who ran stop signs and travel at speeds of 40+ mph on residential streets. I always ask them to slow down and I will pay them double the cab fair. I as well as my friends have numerously complained about there employees unsafe driving but the management does not really care at all. Do your self a huge favor and avoid riding with BH cab co!!! They are the worst of the worst!!! more

beverly hills cab 7/18/2011

people, please don't ever jump in this cab unless you don,t care about your money, they will charge you more than $8.00 per mile. I picked up this cab at the air port and droped off at the Budget car rental about 14 and half mile. He charged me $ 92.25. That is rediculous. I think those 5 stars that were rated in this comment have to be from members of their company. more

I'm so delighted, I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to ride with Beverly Hills Cab Company, The service was excellent,dependable and not to mention fast. The estimated time arrival was amazing but I think I was more delighted by the courteous call I received when they arrived literally in minutes .So thrilled that I had to write this review and give them fiveeeeee stars! There are the best company compared to the other companies... Poeple just have a lot of expectations...Beverly Hills Cab has the fastest response time and the cleanest cars...Okay drivers too...I mean you got compare these guys with each other.....When you call a cab for a $10 ride, you shouldn't expect a Limo quality service....You want better service??? Call a Limo Town car and they'll give you royal service, only after charging you $50 for 4 mile distance more

TERRIBLE, do not use 8/5/2010

Can't even give it rating: O out of 5 Stars. Cab drivers atrocious. I had a $37.45 cab ride and the driver charged me $370.45 x 2 on top of the $37.45 I owed him. Accounting would NOT call my card company to reverse the charges and were reluctant to do anything to help. more

Great Experience... Nice Driver... Even told jokes 7/23/2010

I have moved to LA from NY couple of years ago, and have been using Beverly Hill Cab almost exclusively. To my experience of course as in any business there are good and bad, but for the most part, I have had great service, For the most part they are there on time, if not early, the drivers are good, and know the city. I have had some rookie drivers, but thats also can be expected. Overall I have not had ANY major disappointments, I try to ask for the same driver, and eventually got the cell number of one of my regular drivers and now I have no issue whatsoever. Once I even left my iphone in the cab, by the time I realized it, I was in line at the terminal to check through security. Turned around to run back, and saw my driver looking all lost in the terminal looking for me. Can't beat that service. Pros: Clean cab, friendly cabbie, Cons: not so funny jokes, hey but he was trying. more

$50 for 10 miles!!! 4/28/2010

AWEFUL!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I was in the cab for 24 minutes, in no traffic, coming from Hollywood Blvd NEAR the 101 FWY going to downtown LA. I was dropped off blocks before my destination because I didn't have more than $50 in my pocket and my fare was already $50 blocks from my destination!!!! I Specifically told him to take side streets and asked him several times for reasons, why in the hell he was taking all these winding roads. Driver 3303 refused to write me a reciept because he said he could not pull over properly to the side of the street to where the point that I could no longer afford the rest of the fare. He then told me that if I wanted a receipt, that I had to pay for him to pull over correctly. DO NOT CALL THIS CAB COMPANY AND DO NOT PROCEED TO YOUR DESTINATION, IF YOUR CAB DRIVER IS #3303!!! Pros: There are NONE Cons: NO receipt when asked for one, and will not take directions more

Good service 2/9/2010

What I can say about Beverly Hills cabs is that they are much much much better than other companies where only criminals are hired to drive. The truth is that you might end up with a less socially acceptable driver but you got to keep in mind that these guys drive 15 hour days in LA traffic with poor working conditions...So take it easy with them because the less demanding you are the more chances you will have getting a friendlier service...I don't go to the airport alot but I use them all the time for short fares and they are, as I said, overall much much better than the other companies Pros: Overall better than other cabs more

These creeps have no honor! Scheduled 1 hour prior to go to the airport. They arrived on thier own timeline 30 mins early, They have nothing else to do. Fine. But when they call and push/rush you down early, ""OK BUT IF I GET DOWN EARLY, "" DO NOT STRAND ME MORONS! They called me while I was going down in the elevator, and when I didnt beg with them to wait,(answer the phone), they DITCHED ME FOR ANOTHER FARE, ALTHOUGH I WAS TOTALLY 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN I ASKED FOR! AN INCREDIBLE PILE OF CREEPS TO DITCH ON YOUR WAY EARLY TO THE AIRPORT! So , I missed my flight (thank you bev hills creep co) and paid the huge fine for that to rebook the flight 4 hours later. I LATER Had a chance to call and inform ""dispatch"" what the drivers were up to , and GUESS WHAT?"" OPERATOR 22 HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH A COMPLAINT! YOU ARE DIRT UNDER THIER SHOES IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO BE A CUSTOMER THESE CREEPS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Pros: they will strand you Cons: they will dump you for another fare more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! 5/26/2008

WOW!!! I called for a cab and they were there in less than ten minutes. Then, i accidentally left my phone in the cab when I got out. After realizing this I called the company and they got in touch with the driver several hours later and he delivered my phone personally. Honest employees and prompt service. Wonderful experience!!!! BH Cab...On time and better than Yellow Cab or United... 4/2/2007

I've used BH Cab for appx 25 years, mostly for going to the airport. They are much better than Yellow Cab or United. Having said this, the cabs aren't especially glamorous, but hey, this is not Sweden, where all the cabs are Volvo or Mercedes. Sigh. In any case, they do show up on time, sometimes even 15 minutes earlier, which is annoying...but I'd rather have that, than someone who doesn't show up at all. Once though, I booked a cab for one day later, and they had one there within five minutes. Eager rodents, I guess. more

Worst Taxi Service Ever 1/18/2007

The company I used to work for used BH Cab exclusively (not because we wanted to but because the office is in Beverly Hills and we didn't have a choice) and they were consistently awful. The drivers were always rude and always late. I had to take one of their cabs to the airport once and the driver never showed. After about 30 minutes on the phone back and forth with them and still no cab, I finally managed to find another cab company that would pick me up in Beverly Hills. I'm not the only person that has had these kinds of experiences. I don't know anyone that has one good thing to say about them. Cons: rude drivers, always late more
