When I was at the dealership I never intended to purchase a car.. Sam introduced him self the minute I walked into the dealership and made sure I was comfortable and was just the friendly guy I have ever talked to.. He didnt pressure me to look at any cars it hardly seemed if he was a salesmen at all he acted more like a friend. He pratically held my hand through the entire process always making sure I was happy. And your receptionist was so sweet. she talked to me when I know she may have had other things to do, and seemed genuinly interested in all my stories... haha.
