Gaylord Security installed my ADT alarm system. After ordering from ADT, they sent Gaylord to install the system at my home. The installation guy was friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and wanted to help me make the right choices for me. There were a few issues with the placement of the alarm system I guess, but he worked hard and stayed longer than he had anticipated to get the job done. He sat down and explained everything thoroughly to me regarding the system and how to use it, as well as how to get my $100 rebate once he left. He was quiet, clean and tidy in his work and took his shoes off before walking on the carpet which I always appreciate! I love my alarm system and I sleep way better at night knowing the alarm system is working and in place. Thanks, Gaylord!
