I almost wrote Dr. Stern a fan letter after my initial appointment because I had been so impressed with the way he had explained my problem to me and his manner in doing so. I didn't feel rushed,didn't have any unanswered questions, and left perfectly satisfied with my visit, as I told the young man in the office who followed up by phone the next day.
