When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit. I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I felt that they were honest and fair and did a thorough job.
