Outstanding Service! 5/8/2014

My plumber had a emergency and didn’t arrive during the window of time I was given. However, when I called the office, a new plumber was quickly dispatched, who was very professional and efficient. The cost was high, but I think pretty standard for plumbing in general. Overall, it was a good experience. more

I would totally use this company again. 12/4/2013

These guys did a wonderful job on the replacement of my hot water heater. They were in and out in no time; they were respectful of my home and property. Even cleaned up after them. I would certainly use them again. I can’t wait to call them for my next job. more

Clear communicatinos 10/23/2013

I want to thank you and your customer service electrician, H. Wilson, for the quick response and excellent service in the recent dryer plug problem. While moving the dryer we plug the plug too far and the sparked and we lost power to the dryer. Once your electrician arrived he had checked the plug and made some checks, we were working again. Thanks for the clear communications and the service to resolve everything quickly. more

They were on time and looked clean. He went over what was wrong with the unit and then went to fixing it. He did a good job and with the reasonable cost I would use them again. more

I’m writing to tell you about my experience I had with your company today. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time later I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence. Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. I was very upset because I felt that the previous person had took advantage of me. I was dealing with an independent contractor since April and have paid him nearly $600.00 and he still left me with a problem that he was unable/unwilling to repair the work. Lawrence made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to help me. Before the end of the work day, Lawrence came out and had my air running within a matter of minutes and I didn’t even need a new compressor! He’s very compassionate about his work, I could tell by the way he listened and explained everything to me. I’m so grateful to your company for having a person like Lawrence as part of your team. Thanks to him, I will recommend more

Honest and fair 2/21/2012

When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit. I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I felt that they were honest and fair and did a thorough job. more

Nice Job 2/15/2012

Albert came to my house to assess our heat pump. It was determined one of our units needed to me replaced. Albert worked with our warranty company to secure the new pump and additional parts. He installed it in a timely manner with Chris. I was impressed that Albert communicated clearly with me about where we were at in the process and when he would be arriving at my home. He and Chris worked efficiently. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and showed pride in their work. They were also very nice to my hyper dog. I would definitely hire both Albert and Chris again and would also recommend them to a friend! more

Outstanding 1/21/2012

Williams & Fogg is outstanding. They help us anytime our furnace/air conditioning goes out no matter what time of the day or night we need them. We have referred them to all our friends and family, one of whom is in the process of installing a second air conditioning unit. I strongly recommend taking out the service plan. Every one of their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. more
