I've worked with Glenn for years and have had a great experience with him (the green team). The other service manager - well, I would wait for Glenn. The last time I was in, they replaced some ""button lights"" in the gearshift and seat-warming area. For some reason the next day I noticed a bunch of other buttons were now burned out (12 of them) around the navigation panel. I think they should have taken responsibility for them and not charged me, but Glenn did give me a discount. They insisted it was a coincidence!
