I am so glad I called Walt's. I read their reviews on Yahoo, and thought I would call them when my refrigerator quit working properly. Freezer was frozen, and fridge was warm. lol The Repair Tech knew exactly what the problem was over the phone, and it was all repaired, up and working the very next day. And I have to say the same part failed 10 years ago when I lived in the Bend area, and it cost me $300 to repair. Walt's was less than $200! I am very happy! Great service, awesome repair Tech, Chris, and great all around company. It says a lot about a company when their employees are happy too. Thank Walt's and Chris!
