Ken and his crew from Floorgem were very good. They had done previous work for us and we were pleased. So, we used them again for this large wood floor installation. Ken came in and was very sensitive to our needs. He is a good listener.
He gave his crew good directions, and his crew executed those very well. Overall we were very happy with the experience and we would recommend them to others.
