I always know what the repair will cost before and appreciate having the repairs needed explained to me. Jeff and Chris always make certain I have a way home and to pick my car up after repairs. Many times I have stopped by with a concern and they have stopped to check it out and fix it if needed....like a nail in my tire...even though they were busy.
