We went to check out the rink for skating lessons. I was told that if my son didn't like skating after one lesson we'd get a refund. This was not the case at all. My son tried lessons today and the staff was very disorganized, my son was given the wrong skate size (front office people told me same size as shoes, instructor said 2 sizes smaller than shoes) and the instructor was overwhelmed and stated ""there should've been an additional instructor"". I called later in the day to cancel for refund and was charged $30 for the one lesson. This included the fee for the lesson, skate rental, and insurance.
