Covering a name tag, likely intentional 2/11/2012

The woman who helped me at the pharmacy on 11 February 2012 at 3:30 pm made me feel foolish when she asked me questions. Her facial expressions and method of questioning displayed an attitude which seemed to say I was not very smart and that I am beneath her. This is not the first time I have encountered a very similar attitude from the exact same woman behind the counter. To be honest, if it had not been a now repetitious encounter from her, I would not have filled out this review. First, I'd like to note she is the only one at this pharmacy who has treated me so poorly, the rest of the staff have always been very courteous. One last very significant thing which I hope is taken very seriously is that both times I experienced a negative attitude from this particular employee I noted that she was covering her name tag. It's my strong belief that she intentionally keeps her name tag concealed. The first time I recall that it was partially concealed (I think it was because her hair was pulled in front of her body and her name tag) but this time she had two very large pin on buttons placed over what appeared to have possibly been her name tag, however, I couldn't be certain since only a sliver of something showed from beneath her two very large pin on buttons. Keeping in mind my previous comments, my two suggestions for improvement are: 1st, some sensitivity training for this particular employee and a reminder that this is not about whether or not she is better than anyone else but rather customer service. 2nd, a firm reminder that everyone should wear their name tags in such a way as to not to be concealed and that their hair should not fall in front of their body and therefore "accidentally" conceal their name tags.
