I arrived to get my facial had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time. since i was short on time i was only able to do 30 minutes facial originally scheduled for one hour. was given 10 % off my facial because of the 30 minutes waiting. Overall worth it. Great place to get facial, massages and more.
