I've refinanced twice with Box Home Loans. The value is good because of the low costs and relative ease of the application process. However there was a lack of communication as the process continued and a rush to close the first time and then a delayed close the second time, which was frustrating. My impression was they don't have enough staff for the amount of work they take on. Nevertheless, I have recommended them many times and the friends I've recommended did close and would do so again.
