The company communicated very professionally and kept me informed of the arrival time of Anthony. Anthony arrived as expected,and was extremely professional in performing the ventilation and equipment inspections,sharing recorded before/after status, and care of my household interior and decor. The furnace and ducts were very dirty, and when cleaning was finished all metals were gleaming! When heat was turned back on, the air flow was stronger than ever and smell fresh.
