We recently had a home inspection performed by Jeff from Homestead Inspections, Inc. He was friendly, professional, thorough and very helpful. The cost was also very reasonable. In less than 24-hours we had a detailed report that offered some advice on things that could/should be repaired or modified as well as some advice about winterizing different things. During the inspection he also noted some areas that could be improved cosmetically or functionally, as well as some information on how to most effectively make the improvements. Since this is our first home, the extra advice will be very helpful.
