I had a problem with a car that I rent here, the car was in good conditions, I almost got an accident in a freeway with my family due to mechanical failures, I was waiting for 5 hours in the street, it was cold, there were two baby for road assistance, but they never told me the true and they couldn?t get me a replacement car after 15 hours, it?s ridiculous, nobody has given to me an explanation about the in convince, they didn?t give me a compensation and I spent money getting a hotel among other stuffs.
