Mr. Kretzmann at Renters Warehouse is a workhorse. He came out to my property the same day I initially inquired about their services, we listed immediately and him and his team, found me a great tenant within a week or so. He was easy to communicate with, explained their services well and helped me navigate a tricky situation with my previous tenants. Overall, very pleased with Mr. Kretzmann and Renters Warehouse. Would recommend without hesitation if you are looking for a property management company that will take care of you.
