My experience with them has been over a number of years with several different cars. They are always helpful. You can call them from far away; you can be driving across the country and have something funky going on with your car and they can do a mini diagnosis over the phone, and help you find somewhere in their network for you to take your car. That's happened to me and others I know with very good results.
