We recently purchased an Odyssey from Lia Honda and the salesman Dave was great and the vehicle is wonderful. But we come to find out there was only one key for the car. We traded in our car and provided two keys. You would think from a customer service perspective that a minivan is usually purchased by a family and providing two keys would be a nice incentive. They don’t even bother telling you if there is one or two keys until after you sign that final paperwork. When my wife and I asked if they could help with the second key that costs over 150 dollars, they said you got such a great deal on the van that we aren't going to help you. \r

Ultimately the Customer service manager resolved the issue and refunded the money. We recommend Lia Honda.
