I had a new car stereo installed about 6 weeks ago and just recently had some difficulty with the Sirius/XM satellite signal. I called on a Wednesday and was fit in that Friday morning for an appointment. The guys are professional, helpful and accommodating. I've been working with Josh since the original install. He was patient with me, gave me a tutorial on how to use all of the stereo's features (twice now!) and even shared some tips on what I can do if my current issue arises again.
