I guess I can say my experience at Lexus of Greenwich was too good to be true. I was waiting for something bad to pop up, a pushy sales men, bad servicing, something! and nothing, it's been great. I've only gone in for routine maintenance and have never had a problem with a loaner car. Lexus of Greenwich definitely receives two thumbs up a positive recommendation.
