I've been going to Tony Wang's for 16+ years. Tony and his wife and all of his staff have always been polite and helpful I get carryout when I go but I've never seen the place in anything but clean neat order. I've never had poorly made food which I can't say for Hong Kong Garden. I like Hong Kong Garden but I've had General Tso's from there that's been down right gamey. I'm not sure who thinks $4 is an extravagant tip but generally a tip is called a gratuity for a reason. You're showing your gratitude monetarily for service. I don't expect to be thanked for showing my gratitude. I feel the negative comments here are simply fabricated and innacurate.
