This company is such a pain to deal with. Makes it very frustrating to own a home when you have to worry about a company like this running your neighborhood. I am also dealing with Red Rock Financial (a collection agency owned by RMI).
Had an agreement with RMI, they went back on their offer and now I have a lien on my home.
Would NOT recommend these people to manage an ant farm
