I've been dealing with Stevenson Tire Service for probably close to 20 years now. The thing I like about it is if a repair is not necessary or can be extended they offer the that opportunity. They don't aggressively pursue work just so that they can get paid. They are pretty good at communicating what they feel is the best way to handle it. If I'm short on money or time, and the risk isn't too great, they don't pressure me to do something if I can wait. If they perform work that is not satisfactory, they get you back in, put you to the front of the line, and they take care of it.
I have had a really good experience with them. They stand behind their work. I have referred about a half-dozen people to them and 99 percent of them have had the same experience. They don't just do it for me, that is the standard of business for their operation.
