We just moved into a new house and unfortunately I didn't have internet access, except on my phone. I saw a 4 out of 5 star rating and couldn't see the reviews, but hired the company based on the rating. What a mistake! They were almost 2 hours late (which caused my baby to miss his nap). We were still running errands when they finished, so I asked them to lock the door behind them, but they left our house unlocked. Then, not everything we paid for them to do was done. I asked for specific things to be done because the house had dog hair all over the place, and they left those things untouched. I've also noticed two small things missing (dish detergent and our dishwashing brush) which makes me wonder what else could be missing, especially since I could tell my clothes had been messed with. And, they charged my card more than we were quoted to top it off. I've tried calling 5 times and still no answer. Never again.
