Dishonest company. Hired- cleaned well we thought but then noticed areas not cleaned and cleaning supplies missing when they were suppose to using their own- then started noticing small valuable personal items missing that were there before they cleaned. At first thought maybe we misplaced it, then noticed more than one or two items- and all items were missing after they cleaned. Be very careful if you consider using this service. They are late when showing up and of course have their own cleaning supplies because we are guessing they have taken them from other homes. They do charge a good rate, but possibly pocket owners personal valuables to make up for it. Be careful if considering hiring. more

Worst maid service and house cleaning service in OKC and probably all of Oklahoma. The first time they showed up 2 hours late and did a lackluster job. We were desperate and thought everyone deserves a second chance but they didn't even show up. No phone call, NOTHING. I would not use them again if Jesus called me and said the only way he was coming over was if I used them. Do an internet search on this company and you'll find some interesting results. The only positive results are probably from her friends. Don't use them! more

Hired them to VACANT/DEEP clean two homes for me. They quoted me $130 for one and $120 for the other. Long story short, I returned home the evening they were suposed to be cleaned and one home was not even touched, and the other only had the floors and counters in the kitchen wiped down, and left with milky streaks. I had to clean the entire houses myself to put up for sale. needless to say, they deposited both checks and promised to come finish the homes the next day. They did not. Then they refused to answer any calls after that. This is a HUGE scam. more

We just moved into a new house and unfortunately I didn't have internet access, except on my phone. I saw a 4 out of 5 star rating and couldn't see the reviews, but hired the company based on the rating. What a mistake! They were almost 2 hours late (which caused my baby to miss his nap). We were still running errands when they finished, so I asked them to lock the door behind them, but they left our house unlocked. Then, not everything we paid for them to do was done. I asked for specific things to be done because the house had dog hair all over the place, and they left those things untouched. I've also noticed two small things missing (dish detergent and our dishwashing brush) which makes me wonder what else could be missing, especially since I could tell my clothes had been messed with. And, they charged my card more than we were quoted to top it off. I've tried calling 5 times and still no answer. Never again. more

Very Unprofessional!!!!!Ok, let me just explain that, at first the ladies that I spoke with on the phone and the woman that came out to the home were very nice at first and I saw no reason to not trust them to clean our home. I was qouted 125 for the job of cleaning and dusting a vacant home. This was a move in service which was basiclly just a fast job or so I thought. The appt. was set for 1pm, they showed up at 1:40pm with no explaination. They then started to clean after I explained what was to be cleaned and how I wanted it done. I left to do some errands for about an hour and when I returned I walked around to check the progress and it looked as if nothing had been done. I went to the bedrooms and wiped my hand acrossed the window legde and it was not clean, the bathrooms were not touched and I have to ask for them to vaccum. Well, it would have been nice if they even brought a vaccum, but NO. They took another 45 min. to leave and go pick up a vaccum to complete that part of the job. I ended up having to clean some of the areas myself while they were cleaning others because of the time. I was already running behind because they were late , now I had to help clean so I could be on time to pick up my husband from work. I will give you an example of how honest (Dawn) really is.......I called to tell her of all the issues and told her I was unhappy and only willing to pay for 50% of the agreed price, well she insisted that was 75$ which it is not, but to have them leave my home and for the sake of time, I just paied the 75. Im sure they have good intentions for the most part, however the cleaning skills and or disire to clean someones home is just not there. I will never use there services again, and I highly suggest that you look elsewhere for you cleaning services as well. This is an added bonus of the company. I left Dawn a message letting her know how I felt about her being dishonest about the price and the bad tempers of the women, after the pay was droped. She had the nerve to call my home at 10 pm that night to be very rude to my and one of my older children who answered the phone !!!! Do not let these people near your home, if I see them in my area, I will call the police, I am now worried about the saftey of my home in general. :( more

Hired for a move-out/make ready cleaning on a VACANT apartment. They quoted me $120.00 for a MAKE-READY CLEAN on a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that we had lived in for 5+ years with two pets. I was very clear that the apartment needed a deep cleaning. Not only did they ""lose"" my reservation that I took off work to accommodate, they showed up four hours late, then increased their price after an hour to $200 because they ""didn't know"" they'd need to clean the fridge and oven!! I even paid them $20 extra for being there into the evening on 'short notice' (their fault anyway). Left them to their work and asked them to phone me when they were nearly done so we could return for a walkthrough. They called all right, and then just left, so they and my money were gone when we got back. Upon entering the apartment it was clear they had not even RUN THE VACUUM, a $400 Dyson with extension wand and attachments we had left them. There was dust around all the baseboards, specks of debris still on the carpet in every room. Air conditioning vents were not wiped, ceiling fan blades were dusted on the bottom but not the top which caused all the dust to fly off when the fan was started. Doors and light switch plates were not wiped. Baseboards were cleaned only to where a door opened, leaving dust and hair on the baseboards behind doors. They didn't even wipe the breakfast bar with a damp rag. Kitchen counters not scrubbed, windows not sprayed with Windex, stovetop not cleaned, stove hood not cleaned, fronts of kitchen cabinets not wiped. They broke off a piece of the inside of our refrigerator and stuck it in the trash and didn't say anything, we were lucky to find it! Kitchen floor was half-way mopped, washer/dryer not wiped down, top of refrigerator was wiped clean in an arc as if it were an arm's length, leaving 1/3 of the top of the fridge still with dust and grime. Dishwasher not wiped down, mini-blinds were only feathered with a feather duster. Cobwebs in corners and dust on crown moulding was not touched in ANY room. Bathroom mirrors were cleaned just like the refrigerator was, in arm's-length, leaving streaks at the very tops of the mirrors where they were not wiped. Toilet bowls were wiped but scale under the rims was not cleaned. Tops of door jambs were not wiped. They left the empty bottles of their cleaning products sitting on my kitchen counter and threw out or took with them the half full bottles of name brand dish soap, antibacterial cleanser and eco-friendly cleanser I had in the kitchen. Long story short, they agreed to come back and fix it, then they showed up without calling when they knew the apartment was vacant. They were gone by the time we got there to open the door, then had excuses for everything as to why things weren't cleaned. Then they left again for hours and returned to the apartment again without calling. Dawnisha called to tell me it's clear we would never be satisfied so we should cut our losses, and offered a $35 refund on the $220 I paid them, now saying it would have cost $300 to clean the apartment even after a $200 on-site quote! We asked for $100, she settled on $50. A week later, no refund. Shoddy service, unprofessional, and dishonest. Do not recommend, at all. *** I have reported them to the BBB and the OK Attorney General and they have changed the address they are listing in Google now.
