Very Unprofessional!!!!!Ok, let me just explain that, at first the ladies that I spoke with on the phone and the woman that came out to the home were very nice at first and I saw no reason to not trust them to clean our home. I was qouted 125 for the job of cleaning and dusting a vacant home. This was a move in service which was basiclly just a fast job or so I thought. The appt. was set for 1pm, they showed up at 1:40pm with no explaination. They then started to clean after I explained what was to be cleaned and how I wanted it done. I left to do some errands for about an hour and when I returned I walked around to check the progress and it looked as if nothing had been done. I went to the bedrooms and wiped my hand acrossed the window legde and it was not clean, the bathrooms were not touched and I have to ask for them to vaccum. Well, it would have been nice if they even brought a vaccum, but NO. They took another 45 min. to leave and go pick up a vaccum to complete that part of the job. I ended up having to clean some of the areas myself while they were cleaning others because of the time. I was already running behind because they were late , now I had to help clean so I could be on time to pick up my husband from work. I will give you an example of how honest (Dawn) really is.......I called to tell her of all the issues and told her I was unhappy and only willing to pay for 50% of the agreed price, well she insisted that was 75$ which it is not, but to have them leave my home and for the sake of time, I just paied the 75. Im sure they have good intentions for the most part, however the cleaning skills and or disire to clean someones home is just not there. I will never use there services again, and I highly suggest that you look elsewhere for you cleaning services as well. This is an added bonus of the company. I left Dawn a message letting her know how I felt about her being dishonest about the price and the bad tempers of the women, after the pay was droped. She had the nerve to call my home at 10 pm that night to be very rude to my and one of my older children who answered the phone !!!! Do not let these people near your home, if I see them in my area, I will call the police, I am now worried about the saftey of my home in general. :(
