Punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, Paul was able to fix my gas dryer quickly and diagnose the problem with my oven (coming back later with a part that had to be ordered).
I had called and left a message just before the New Year's weekend, and didn't get a call back for about 3-4 days, I guess due to the holiday. That, plus the total cost seeming a bit pricey, is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
