Butch Morici at Roto-Rooter Plumbing in McHenry County (Wonder Lake, specifically) is simply the best! We just bought our house a month ago and our aging sump pump kept turning on repeatedly, and the metal cover was getting really hot. Not good. Butch arrived EARLY for the appointment (can you imagine?), explained in plain English what needed to be done and why and what it would cost.
