My vehicle was impounded and whoever towed my car went through it found my new iPad that was still in the box took it out and played with it. The reason I know it was them was from the greasy paw prints all over my box and iPad. Then they didn't even put it back in my car they kept it inside and gave it back when I paid. When I brought it up the lady told me it was probably the police. I left my name and number for the owner to call me and discuss what happend but he never called even after I called back twice. This place lacks professionalism and I would NEVER use them!
