I loaned my vehicle to a friend and they got my vehicle impounded when I arrived at Parma Towing to get my ride back they were cool real cool I was 20 bucks short and they let me slide I couldn't believe it! My car was all good, real friendly, professional folks! more

Worst towing in town 1/30/2012

My vehicle was impounded and whoever towed my car went through it found my new iPad that was still in the box took it out and played with it. The reason I know it was them was from the greasy paw prints all over my box and iPad. Then they didn't even put it back in my car they kept it inside and gave it back when I paid. When I brought it up the lady told me it was probably the police. I left my name and number for the owner to call me and discuss what happend but he never called even after I called back twice. This place lacks professionalism and I would NEVER use them! more

Take pictures 8/6/2010

I called to have my car towed as it was smoking. After 3 conversations with the dispatcher, I did everything they asked. I told them where to tow my car to, paid, and went to work. When I got to my cat the next morning, they did not do what they were suppose to do with my key), I saw the damage that they did to my fender, light, and bumber. They offered to fix it, but they sent me to a plaace that painted the fender when I still had my car. I have a small claims case againts them as the damage is about $2000. more

Blue Crews for Biker Blues 5/15/2009

First ride out on our ultra classic for the season and my wife and i broke down on ridge road in Parma, the police arrived and were very helpfull to recomend Parma Towing telling me they specialize in motorcycle towing...the police were even cool enough to call in the tow for us...the truck came fast and the driver mike did a good job loading the bike on a flatbed, i was amazed...then he made room for us both to get home...as troublesome as it was braking down i was relieved to get my hog home (motorcycle) without any hassles.turned out to have a clog in the gas valve from sitting all winter..but i will keep the number for Parma Towing just incase we break down again...very professional company..best towing experience ever! more
