So i paid for a book in august. It is now September and I havent received the book, the money back for the book, or any USEFUL information about the book. I went up to the store to get a refund and get YELLED at and CUSSED out by the redheaded store manager named Courtney about how they have been up there for 15 hours a day and they cant deal with this right now. Being a customer, I did not care about this of course. They should be more professional and mature and deal with the situation promptly considering they had a month and a half to deal with the situation and NEVER DID. The manager (crazy redhead) actually went as far to call the police to have me removed from the property(RIDICULOUS) then LIED to the police about the occurances in the store. \r
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE OR THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. THE ONLY COMPETENT PERSON WORKING THERE IS A WOMAN NAMED SHANNON AND SHE GETS WALKED ALL OVER BY CRAZY REDHEAD. \r
In the end, I did not get my refund YET. I am filing a small claims report against the company to retrieve my money.... and then some.\r
I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would recommend anyone with a bad experience to do the same.
