I also wished I had read reviews before calling these guys. They also incorrectly diagnosed the problem with our 2007 Maytag Bravo washer. My horror story began on August 26th 2011 and as I sit and write this I still dont have my washer ! \r
Greg the owner/manager is about as useless as a human could be. He is rude and has no business running a business and dealing with the public. I have lost time from work to be at home waiting on his service guy Robert, I have spent way too much money at the laundry mat for the last 3 weeks for me to still not have my washer and now Greg says I owe another $135 for yet another part !!!!!! \r
Please Please use another appliance repair service and save yourself time, stress and above anything else MONEY !!!
