I used this "company" this past summer and had nothing but problems. We had issues with damaged property during the move and instead of the "company" stepping up and taking responsiblitlity, all that happened was grief and many ignored phone calls and emails. Some promises were kept, which I appreciate, but not all were kept. In a reply to a review, the "company" posted personal information including my home address. I contacted the "company" directly to ask to have the comment removed but was told that "I (company owner) will post a link to Mapquest, to show where your house is if I want." This is EXTREMELY unprofessional but not totally unexpected after the grief this "company" has put me through. UPDATE 9/18: After contacting the owner, the company did eventually remove my personal address from the review.
