Do not use Forester and Pitt Vision Source. I bought a Seize the Deal coupon and I called 5 days after it expired. I was told they would not honor it. I explained that I would be buying contacts and glasses...probably a 500-800 expense. They still said no.
Technically, my Seize the Deal coupon was expired. However, I was hoping for great customer service.
Think about it...Forester probably made 25.00 of the 50.00 I spent.(Seize the Deal made the other 25) So, is $25 worth the damage one disgruntled customer can do?
This is where they made a mistake. They would of gained a customer and sold them goods. Instead they have a disgruntled customer and we all know how much damage that can do!
