You have a problem sending me email reports. This is an ongoing problem that does not seem to be getting any better. I do not have this problem with other vendors or customers.

Hi Ed,
Is it possible that emails have been filtered to a junk mail in your email client? Can you look in your junk email folder to see if our messages are getting sent there?
This might help solve our dilemma of reports not getting to you.
