I came here because ACA was the only local shop other than the dealer that was certified to work on hybrids, so I took my Honda Civic Hybrid in for transmission trouble on 8/5/11...spent $450 and it took 2-1/2 days on repairs that didn?t take care of the symptoms. Customer service guy (Dave) even called me on 8/15/11 for a survey...I complained and he promised a call back the next day to provide a discount but NEVER called back. Then, my car breaks down on 8/18/11 the way home ONE WEEK after the $450 repair with a total transmission failure. I end up towing it to Honda and trading it in at a loss. They have a lot of good reviews but I got them at the absolute WORST and cannot recommend them at all. I have not ruled out a complaint with the BBB.
