DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I recently went in to buy some merchandise and the level of miscommunication and fumbling of prices and delivery was the absolute worst I have EVER encountered. It took several phone calls with very little effort to rectify the situation or offer any kind of satisfactory solution. I had to even remind them that they had not even apologized for the way they handled everything. Then the delivery person who never showed up on the agreed upon time, told me it was my fault and in the end said his gut told him that I should take care of it myself. This place has NO concept of service or putting the customer first or trying to win back a customer after it and their employee have botched up a transaction. There are plenty of more consignment shops in town that I would highly encourage all to spend their dollars at those places.
