On their TV commercial and website, they claim they will come to your house and look at your furniture. I talked to one of the owners, John Kelly. In my case, he said they could not do so. No reason given. Instead, he wanted me to bring in photos of the furniture. I informed him that I did not want to do that. I did not have much money at that moment to get photos printed and was not about to waste ink printing them from my computer. I recommended that I upload the pictures via e-mail attachments. For whatever reason, he sounded reluctant to do so, but agreed to let me send in the pics.\r

Many of the items I had (living room, bedroom, dining room, and den furniture) were in great condition as they were not very old at all. Twin bed frames with a nightstand were antiques (circa 1950s) and in great condition. He called me back and for all of this, he offered only $200 for this. I was insulted by this offer. I turned him down and no transaction was made.\r

I previously had doubts about this company as I had been to their store a couple of times before. No one is ever around if you need help, the items in the store were far more outdated and some unappealing than what I had to offer, and the environment just did not seem friendly to me. I will never go back again and will recommend to family and friends to not even bother with the arrogance of the owner and the lack of staff availability. Very unfriendly business to deal with.
