When I read reviews about restaurants that are negative, I always give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. But unfortunately for Bijoux, the reviews calling the waitstaff and hostess/manager rude are shockingly true. I have never been so insulted or treated so disrespectfully by anyone in the restaurant industry. Please don't give this restaurant your business, especially if you are an ethnic young professional because they will treat you like a child you who does not deserve to be there. There are better restaurants in Dallas that will not ruin your night.
