I have an old antique lamp that recently just stopped working. I took it in to Ensler Lighting to see if they could take a look at it. When I walked in the door the clerk seemed so happy to help me. He was able to look at it right at that time, he found out what was wrong and told me it would take about a week to order the part and to fix it. I felt so lucky to have found them. My lamp is back home and looks great, thanks to Ensler.
